All students worked checking in ,  voice, tongue twisters, breathing and sensory warm up.   As part of the warm up we did a 1/2 hour of Animal work. Students worked on various animals and recreated the physical atributes of the animal onto them selves.   Then they explored the movement, bio mechanical movements and sensory movements of the animai along with sound.  From there we turned it into a human version of the animal.

Andrew's Sunday Morning Class- Week 5

This week's exercises were oriented around emphasizing character development and staying "in the moment"/not playing results. The first exercise we did was called "The Box". Each student had to imagine some kind of animal in the box that looked really hungry- the goal was to go really slowly so as to explore all the details (what else was inside the box? what were the sounds?
